California: California plane crash Six people have died in a small business jet accident in the state of California, located in western United States. Officials have provided this information. According to a report by news agency Shinua, as per the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the incident occurred in the city of Murrieta, located approximately 150 kilometers southeast of Los Angeles, in Riverside County. The accident took place at 4:15 a.m. local time (11:15 GMT).
The department stated, “Officials observed an aircraft completely engulfed in flames in a field. The aircraft was carrying six passengers who unfortunately lost their lives in the incident.”
The accident involved a Cessna C550 business jet that had taken off from the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas at approximately 3:15 a.m. local time (10:15 GMT). This is the second fatal accident in the area this week. On Tuesday, a Cessna 172 aircraft crashed while departing from a local airport, resulting in the death of a student pilot and injuries to three others. The investigations into these accidents are being carried out by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
